Shoku-Yabo

At the foot of Mt. Ogusu in the Miura Alps lies this farmstead restaurant. It was carved out of desolate land after removing weeds and overgrowth, and opened in 2010 with a farmstead "place" design. The specialty of the cafeteria is the "katemeshi", which is a traditional Japanese-style dish consisting of rice mixed with seasonal vegetables, seaweeds, and grains. You can enjoy skillfully prepared dishes made with simple ingredients. Moreover, depending on the day, the facility is transformed into an event space. In addition to live performances, it can also be reserved for "farmstead weddings" for farm-style wedding ceremonies.
