Mt.Takatori

This mountain is located in the northern part of the Miura Peninsula and has an altitude of 139m. Around the mountain summit there are a great number of steep boulders; the sight is certainly overwhelming. The view from the peak is also spectacular! In addition to Kamakura, Enoshima, and Shōnan, you can also gaze upon the port and city center of Yokohama. Besides hikers, the area is lively with many rock climbers who intend to climb the boulders and people who want to enjoy their time here on fair weather days. In addition, there is an impactful Buddha figure carved on a rock face in the middle of the hiking course. Your marvelous mountain climbing experience will almost feel as if you wandered into the deep mountains of Southeast Asia.
