Kamado no Hi

This is a bakery located in the mountains of Kamogawa and Kozuka. It stands quietly in the forest at the end of a meandering mountain road. It uses local wheat, organic dried fruits and nuts, and home-cultured yeast as raw materials, and most of the bread does not use fats, sugars, or eggs. You can feel the original taste of wheat. Featured items are "raisin bread" and "fig bread". Both have abundant raisins and figs, and the concentrated fruit aroma and wheat aroma are a perfect match. Made carefully by hand in limited quantity. So please contact the shop when you visit. You can enjoy the mountain roads of Chiba and a classic hidden shop.
